Just received my 2nd order from LAL this morning. And i can't resist my self to express my satisfaction here.

I know i had no experiences with other company to compare, yet LAL great service is so damned excellent. Hands down.

1). LAL international shipping cost? Insane. Only $2?? WTF. even cheaper from average domestic rate here.

2). Fast and Detail responses. Gary answer all my emails. ALL.

3). Fast shipping time. Put an order, shipping confirmation email reach my inbox before 24 hours. The packages arrived at my door 12 days later. I lived in a farrrr southeast asia (u know Indonesia? maybe you don't. I bet u've heard bout Bali, yeah that is part of my country, lol). So for me 12 days shipping time is just fantastic.

4). No custom clearance fee. I paid nothing for custom. Gary declare the package as gifts, a candle.
Clever

5). Sample and Additional Request.
I ask gary to mask the nudity label in Nude bottle. He did it.
I also ask for AV sample, and i got it too.

6). Last but the most important, the product it self. Not only mone works, the scent also very pleasing (scented version). No need to buy expensive perfume anymore. Possess, Wolf, AV scent smell very goooddd.

WOW? You get no custom clearance fee? SERIOUSLY?

Setau saya cairan kena bea cukai, makannya saya kalau beli lewat orang terus. Gapernah beli sendiri karena takut kena bea cukai haha

The postman delivered my package directly to my office.

That was also my 1st experience buying something from overseas.
Makanya saya pesan satu-satu, to anticipated any lost/damage/custom problem in indo post office. So even if i lost my package, it won't too much loss.
