I really wanna know if it's the same if you apply 5 sprays+ on your clothes. I don't remember feeling extra tired with that amount of TL and glace. well i'm always tired so lol...needa get back to the gym.

pre-workout vs AV. what would you choose para or you do both? lol

Dont have AV yet. Dont really use mones for workout except for hockey but ill let you guess what i use and why. LOL.

TL worked really well for me back in college. Nowadays, out in the real world i can't seem to get it to work as effectively.


Definitely check out AV! You will be blown away by its effects.
