Hey Chris!

A few days ago I called and asked about an oil-based roll-on version of some of the Alpha Dream products and I belive you favored the sprayer over the roll-on?

I forgot to ask about oil in a sprayer rather than alcohol, so I was wondering if you would share with us what your preferences are for sprayer vs roller and/or alcohol vs oil and why?

Sorry in advance if I got it wrong and you have no real "preference" and just simply choose to sell your products in a particular form for whatever reasons!

I'm trying to understand more about the application process and how they pheromones make it from skin to nose?

Regarding the poll, generally you can't shoot oils out of a sprayer as it clogs them up pretty sharpish.

Oil based products generally last longer but more importantly for mones the hits tend to be smoother, whereas if you want a harder, more instant response an alcohol base is the way forward.

For oil based I find a dropper is more useful rather than a roll on. Easier to gauge the application size for repeatability. And for the same reason I prefer sprayer over roll for alcohol based.

Also I've found that with a roll on, if it heats up in your pocket the liquid becomes far less viscous and releases far more liquid than when cold.

With that in mind, I've voted for Sprayer + alcohol.

Alpha Dream is using cyclomethicone as a base.

cyclomethicone + alcohol + dimethicone (oil)
25% alcohol, 72% cyclomethicone, and 3% dimethicone

cyclomethicone is like an oil but for a sprayer.

do any existing products come with droppers? not the "euro droppers" (i think thats what they are called) but the kind with a bulb for u to squeeze. i think those make more sense, at least for my hot climate

I think the poll needs to be altered to include a combo of the different applicators+diluents+carriers - can folks contrib to what the different ones may be? I've read only a fraction of what most here have learned.

BTW I can't see how to alter or remove a poll?

the only one that comes into my mind is Alter Ego ...

however .. you can always get some Dropper Bottles ( with pipette ) and put some Oil based product in.. and use it this way ..

The euro droppers drive me nuts. I usually transfer to a pipette dropper bottle.
