I was very excited to get my package, and to my surprise I found it wrapped twice in bubble wrap, and secured well.

But when I opened both padded envelopes, and the bubble wrap around the Impi, I found it was slippery. Upon inspection I discovered a small amount of the product had leaked everywhere.

I believe this is an error in the closing of the sprayer when it is screwed on. I contacted Love Scent and I hope to get a favorable out come, I will keep this thread updated with the situation.

Love Scent has been great in the past, I fully expect this one to end very well.
