Mark and I have been fooling around with the skins, let us know how y'all like this one.

You can change the skin, to your preference, in your user CP. Just click on Edit Options and on the next page scroll down. On the right hand side you'll see Board Style. In the drop down menu, you can change it!

This one is really bad. Its hard to read the forum and find posts.

Forums do better with softer easy to read colors that are in the same hues. Severely contrasting colors are unwelcoming and not user friendly.

I agree that this skin needs a little tweaking if it's going to work. The bright green that highlights Stickies and Regular threads is way too bright and I can't focus on the thread titles that well. It's just way too strong for a relatively unimportant divider.

LOL. What color are you seeing, Bond, the Blk-Red option? That one looks like a porn site to me.

Now I'm not sure which skin Mark left up...cuz the one I'm seeing, right now, is a dark grey background and lite gray text with teal/light blue bars.

It's not permanent. Don't worry, we're still working on it and will try not to disturb anyone's sensibilities, lol.

I'm an atheist but yeah, hellish was my first thought. I dislike black backgrounds and the red seems like it would foster negative emotions.

I like the black background, but the red was very bright, which made it a bit hard (for me at least) to read. I do like how that skin is one of the ones where I actually get the whole forum on the screen & don't have to scroll which was really annoying with the initial format. I don't have a PC or laptop screen though, I've got a tablet pc so it's A4 size, not the regular square screen.

I've changed my background to one of the others that were available in the used CP...Can't remember what it was called but it's teal and dark grey/black

Just switched to the default one..(the blue one with the UGLY stretched up header)
This looks lame and highly unprofessional..

If you want someone to join this forum you should use 1 POLISHED professional style for default.
