A while back I got an order from True of TA, TL, Est in DPG, and Alpha Androstenol in DPG.

They sent the order promptly and I was very pleased, but it turned out the single molecules had both come in ethanol instead of DPG.

I sent an email to customer service just letting them know what had happened. I didn't ask for anything because honestly, having them in ethanol wasn't a total dealbreaker and I was curious what they'd offer.

Well, I got a very quick response from Demetra that she would send out replacements right away! No questions asked. And now they're here!

That is seriously great customer service! Thanks Demetra & crew!

Dbot, The dpg single's are they only 10ml? if so, what is the price for each and what dosage did you order them at.

Yep, 10mL each. Dosage is 1mg/mL and the price is different for each molecule. I think these were each like $30.
