Can’t say enough great things about the power of red light therapy. I will admit to you that I had to read quite a few pubmed articles before I bought into the idea.

Wound healing, exercise recovery, testosterone boosting, wrinkle and scar, energy, and much more.

I know that many of you come to this board for pheromones to strictly get laid, but I promise you this: one day your body will need your help to heal.

Without breaking into The Police, Red Light therapy has shown to do all of what the Dark Lord of the Sith has stated, as well as (along with light spectrum therapy) to help with seasonal depression disorder and other mood affecting issues.

You are correct, Gladen! There were like 60+ applications. They have healed gangrene with it. Just amazing stuff.

I figured maybe 3 people on the board would appreciate it now.....Maybe more when they get older and maybe a little bit more broken.

PlatinumLED BIO 300 - 660/850 nm. The 660 is more for surface level and the 850 is for deep tissue.

I am diabetic and my vision is much better as well as some other benefits. They have lights at Planet Fitness.

Just bought a 10000 lux lamp for circadian rhythm correction and more energy I hope.Red light therapy cought my attention too but I didn't have time to look it up, I will though.Any specific product suggestions?I'll check at the ray peat forum too.

Been doing it for 2-3 years, I think it helps my face to look younger. Have shined it on my balls and that does increase libido but i guess its important to not overdo it.
