Hey folks, just wanted to give you a heads up that the reason the forum had slowed to a snails pace and you're now seeing the CloudFlare notification is that it appears we were starting to get hit with another DDoS Attack.

As such the CloudFlare defenses have been cranked up and I stopped and restarted the servers web server service (Apache - for those of you knowledgeable in Linux), to drop the existing unclosed communication requests, which immediately started dropping the load on the server back down to normal.

The CloudFlare defenses will remain heightened for awhile to insure that all unwanted and malicious traffic is blocked. I know it's a bit of an irritation, but I believe it's better than the alternative.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but if it weren't for these loser asswipes we wouldn't have to deal with it.

Hi Mark, there seems to be a problem with hidden posts in the Voodoo (non-reviews) thread as follows:



My post appeared as post#440 below post#450 by maxx55. There are others who have been also posting about missing posts. Looks like a corrupted linked-list.

Would this be related to what's happened recently?

Yeah I just posted it but I cannot see pages 3-4 of the review thread. I would love to read maxx review too haha.

I think it's got something to do with when Mark moved the non-review posts in the review thread to the non-review discussion thread.

Just switch to Threaded Mode for now, and you'll be able to see the posts.

And this all but proves that the issue is caused either because your ISP is caching pages or they are cached on your computers. Switching thread view mode forces a fresh request from the server and the missing information appears, because it was never hidden to begin with.
