Hi,
I wonder if Alpha-Dream operates a physical office or a virtual one 'coz I've been calling them for more than 3 hours yesterday morning and all I got was an answering machine. Their customer service is very bad as even the emails I send them are replied to after many days.

Hello Sir,

After checking up on this, we realize you are the man from Dubai. So you place your order and enter the wrong address (wrong country), and email us about 'how very stupid we are' for sending it to the wrong address which you provided. You then instruct us to send the order to your address in America. After we send the order you inform us you are going back to Dubai and cannot retreive the order from your hotel.

Sir, we have bent over backwards for you, lost two shipments of products, lost $50 in shipping, and don't appreciate your insults. My business partner did not answer your calls on monday as the last time you spoke to her you were very rude and obnoxious. If you would have checked your email you would have realized that two hours before you left this post, we emailed you telling you we were going to issue a refund.

If he gave you the wrong shipping address he's not entitled to a refund.

he's entitled to a refund because he did not recieve the merchandise. But i would not accept orders from this individual again due to the verbal abuse.

Actually, if he can arrange for the packages to be returned to Alpha Dream, and they actually are, then he's entitled to a refund (less all shipping charges), if the packages cannot be returned, then he's not.

Chris more than fulfilled his obligation, first by sending the order to the address the customer provided, then by sending a second shipment because the person had travelled to another country before the package arrived.

Had he remained at the Hotel where he asked the second package to be shipped, he would have not only received that one, but also the first shipment when he returned home.

If it were my company, I would have not issued the refund until at least one of the packages were returned.

Sounds like to me this PERSON is trying to scam and get over. plain and simple.

Well in good faith his money was refunded.

And just to include: we have two offices, one located in New York and the other in California. You can reach us almost anytime by phone - if we do not answer, we return phone calls within several hours.
