Hey folks,

Just wanted to post products I use alone or in combo to clean the toughest mones. They work great for me.

1. Equate Deep Clarifying Exfoliating Scrub Cleansers (compare to Clean & Clear Deep Action Exfoliating Scrub) - Walmart 5 Oz (This is my favorite. Least effort). It has micro beads in it to help scrub.

2. If #1 should fail 100%, I use Noxzema Ultimate Clear Daily Deep Pore Cleanser. 6 Oz. I rarely use this one unless I'm binge using Evolve or Ascend 4 days straight. (vacations outdoorsy) #1 is better than this. IMO

3. If I'm out of #2, I can use Witch Hazel and cotton balls with lots of hard scrubbing.

My process:

A. Wash with typical Loofah with Nivea 3-in-1 Men Cool Body Wash. This shit is fantastic. Smells amazing. It can be used as shampoo too. They have a variant with Charcoal. But I like the Cool one with Menthol.

B. Bust out with Equate Deep Clarifying Exfoliating Scrub Cleaners. Scrub just moderately. No need to scrape yourself wounded. (Can remove Ascend, Evolve, SOB, GOA oils, Xist Oils, Androstenone 25, M3X, AV,..you get the point) I don't smell anything but the fragrance afterwards. But, I can't say for everyone. I'm assuming this will work for most.

This is my 2 cents. Feel free to add yours. I know there is probably a thread on this, but why not have a new one. This can help someone. My intention is only to share my experience. It should have some value.

Thanks for sharing. I use NA daily and sometimes combo it with other mones. This will definitely help prevent build up. I should be doing this daily... I think I have been getting some pretty nasty side effects of build up.

All I seem to use is just regular dove soap. I don't get serious build up or OD issues... Then again I also take breaks for wearing mones.
