Has anyone ordered from PT lately? I recently placed two order between Saturday and Monday and have yet to hear anything from the vendor. Whats the average time the vendor typically process orders or respond back to calls?

Gonna be a month with no replies but you'll get your product. That was my experience.

Seems like is is quick sometimes and other times slow.

Yeah, he finally reach out, said they were having staffing issues. I'm in the outsourcing industry so I can relate to that currently.

Reminds me of getting into the game 10 years ago before tracking numbers and email updates were standard.

I just placed an order, waited in radio silence for 2-3 weeks, and hoped for the best. They always delivered the goods.
