Hi guys!

I hope you can help me:

I ordered TA / TL yesterday afternoon. I've read on the page (it's still there!!) that you can use paypal, but couldn't find any kind of paypal button while ordering. So I just clicked money order (thinking that the paypal button will show up later) but there was nothing. Now I do not know how to pay. I do not have a credit card and they won't accept money transfer via e-banking, as Elizabeth from TP told me...

What should I do? I do not really know what they mean by money order and how I should do this...

Can you help me?

they don't offer paypal their has being several post were this is discussed here
I just saw their page and they do say you can use paypal i guess they never changed that

A money order is a payment order for a pre-specified amount of money. Because it is required that the funds be prepaid for the amount shown on it, it is a more trusted method of payment than a cheque.

If theirs a western union near you check there here in USA they offer that service...

Sorry. They do not accept Western Union, either. Been there, tried that. I sent them a money order, express overnight. It took them a week to supposedly process it. I ordered some things from China, 1 week after sending my money order, have the products, yet have not received my order from True, yet.

I had to get a money order from my bank. Western Union does not issue money orders in Canada. I have sent True, money orders 2 times. Both times it supposedly took them a week to process. I, myself, am very frustrated with their slow boat methods. Possibly they are overwhelmed with their sale. That being said, any upfront savings that i get regarding their pricing gets eaten up in the price for a money order, express mail of money order etc. All because of their limited methods of payment. Then, i personally find 'True's shipping to be very slow.

Yeah I've got that impression too...

I am going to ask my bank if they can do this, cause the guy at the Western Union office couldn't... If they can't do that, I have to get a credit card...

Finally received my order from True today with some of what i ordered in the box. I gave them a call and they said 'oopsie', and said that they would ship the remainder of my order and throw in some True Alpha body spray. After that i read Mika3549's post regarding his True Instinct body spray. For any of you folks out there with this product, you may be interested in what is behind the label of the can, (if you can get the label off). Or check out his post.

I cancelled my order today. She wanted me to send my credit card number over email.
Wtf? The last one who asked for my credit card data was the rich african prince who wanted me to help him with 2000 bucks, so he can smuggle his millions out of africa... If you know what I mean...
