Package lost in customs, no reaction from Apex

Hey guys,
since 20th of May my package is on way from Apex to my home in germany. 28th it stucks in customs and seems to be lost. I asked Mikel for replacement no answer anymore. Still I'm waiting for the full sender details to request a package research report, to may find out where my package has gone.

My order was paid on 15th May. Thats now more than one month. And 5 days for initial shipping.. don't know guys I know he's not responsible for customs, BUT where the shipping properly declared for customs?
