Google Chrome is having trouble accessing the network.

Either way, he'll still likely be unable to connect to the swarm or tracker in his torrent client, and if it's private, that means no way to track ratio. In other words, no viable way to use Elbitz .

The ONLY way I can think of him getting it to work is through Tor (highly discouraged) or a VPN. (or switching ISPs)

Not sure, but it's hard to stay registered too. I downloaded a handful of unpopular torrents that no one's leeching, therefore my account's about to get disabled even though I have the files seeded. Oh well, at least I grabbed a few good things. Maybe I'll try again with a different email address next time, and just start by downloading something popular that I can seed.
