Received a YOUR ORDER (#4710) WAS SHIPPED on Wednesday, 24 January. Still hasn't arrived.

Can you confirm that it was actually shipped, please?

Just registered but have read the useful info here for the past year or so.

I placed an order with PT last week (really close to your order number, MMM) Mine never showed anything but pre-shipment info. It did arrive yesterday though. The USPS info never updated.

My NEW page for the pre-shipment info never updated either, but NOTHING YET. I use to get my products in less than 5 days. He must be on vacation, because he normally answers quickly. Hope he's not sick.

I'm having no luck in receiving any reply from PT.

I made an international order (to the UK) back in early Feb. It was eventually shipped in the 2nd week of Feb and then got held in US customs. It stayed in US customs for nearly 2 weeks...the USPS tracking then showed released from US Customs followed immediately by 'Return to Sender.' I've emailed Pheromone Treasures several times asking what happened and have not received any reply whatsoever. The tracking still shows the package sitting at the post office in Carpenterville.

Not sure if it's been picked up by PT or not. I've requested a refund as obviously the order didn't even make it out of the US and have not had any communication from PT in regards to my query.

It's a shame as I really wanted to try their products and made a decent sized order too.

Anyone else have similar issues with an international order? I wish PT would reply and let me know what happened.

The owner occasionally goes out of town and seems to have limited access to the internet . I had similar problem in the USA and eventually he did contact me and made up for the inconvenience. But if it has been too long make a PayPal dispute

Thanks for your reply. I really want to try their products and based on user reviews I decided to order ETFZ, Desi, & GOA.

I really want the products. Will try contacting them one more time and hopefully they give me some sort of reply. Really don't want to have wasted my money.

Try giving him a call in the afternoon (GMT -6). If he doesn't answer then try a bit later. I have never reached him via email (or voicemail callbacks), but he does answer calls from time to time -- and is an easy going guy.
