Hello everyone,

It seems that the private messaging contact method is not the best way to contact me or us. Sahsa handles most of the customer service relations and communication with customers on order issues, since this is not my general purpose in the company.

Private Messages are often unread, as Sasha does not monitor this forum.

To get in touch with us, the best way to do so is by emailing [email protected] - please do not PM or email to other addresses. Please prefix emails with 'URGENT' in the header to obtain a faster response if the matter is of high priority to you.
