Thats funny... Good to see you guys are having success. I found that web site awhile ago and started and made it three days before I didn't want to do the exercises anymore. I was thinking of starting it again after this move tomorrow. I'll have a lot of time on my hands...lol, so to speak.

I was thinking of trying the PE sub from real subliminal while I did the exercises. What do you guys think? I'm hoping I don't get bored with it because I really don't care about my size much.

It takes a hell of a long time to see size increases. It's like a few mm a month. However I don't consider that the main benefit. After the first month I started to notice I was 'ready for action' a lot faster and that what I had previously considered a full on b*****r wasn't even close!

Just some quick input. I tried not ejaculating for a couple of weeks and it only made me more and more frustrated. And horny of course.

If you think there's something off with your mone sig, libido or anything related to that, not having sex (masturbation included) is not the solution. This whole, it's your life-force and it's healthy is all nonsense.

It is yet another example of stupid behaviors used to overcome a problem instead of solving it.

Yeah, I'm being blunt. I have a terrible migraine. But I might have been this blunt anyway. Smile
DOSING: Often I use the term "finger" when talking about how much I used. It's a way in which I use Euro dropper and roll on bottles. With a Euro dropper bottle, it means I put my finger firmly on top of it, turn it upside down for a few moments and turn it back up. What's on my finger is a dose of 1 finger. I started doing this because Euro dropper bottles tend to spill.

A finger from a roll on bottle is when I turn the roller until approximately the same amount as I would get from a Euro dropper is on my finger.

Oh I agree. If someone has a regular sex life and masturbates now and then they are probably fine.
But problems can occur with guys (usually single guys) excessively masturbating to porn several times a day. They can't seem to link the problems (low libido, lethargy etc) with what they're doing. Unfortunately that was me for years.
I don't believe in no fap, it's just much healthier to use your imagination instead of porn. Actually, having sex is much better than both Smile
