recently i always sleep above 1 am and it means I'm lack of sleep.

One great way to remove pheromones: use a dry skin brush on the area you applied them to.

Great tips, particularly the one about shaking the bottle. I knew about most of those, but never once thought to shake the bottle up. I guess common sense isn't so common I usually keep whatever mones I'm using in my backpack though, which I take everywhere, so that could explain why they've worked for me in the past!

Thanks for the advice! I've never actually thought about shaking the bottle. I'll give that a try too. I'm going back out tonight. :-P
