Good news! I just heard back from Hax and new Black Label is no different from old WM/b.

With the new site, we were trying to bring all of our products together, so we ended up dropping the old Wingman Edge (red label) and adding a Blue Label, which is the Black without Oxy and extra EST. There are some other differences, but that's the biggest difference.
