Thanks BDB, I believe it's an issue of access/reputation atm. I will probably just post my observations on this thread until such a point as I have access to the Journal's.

Well if the USPS website can be believed my mones should get here on 2/2! Very excited to begin the process and I'll start a Journal over the weekend.
