Don't need Viagra or Viagra-like results. I just need a natural "improved performance" supplement. Perhaps a multi is the way to go? I'm looking for the tried and true, and a general Google search brings up too many sites paid for by the manufacturer.

Others issues to consider :

+ Too much estrogen........try the Ray Peat forum for more info on how to reduce it (start with a large carrot each day on an empty stomach)

+ Too much porn (easy to test this......just see if you can get rock hard with anything online.....if you can, then it's a porn issue)

+ High Cortisol (see pansterone above)

+ Have your T levels checked

If you just want something recreational, then just use generic viagra/cialis.........all of the herbal remedies basically contain the same chemicals as ed meds, even though they don't mention them on the bottle.

Horny goat weed is the most popular, but works for very few guys with ed.

I am a huge fan of Semenax. I'm not sure what it does for the erection itself but at 3 pills a day and regular intake of water it creates some insanely large shots.
