High temperatures will not destroy the pheromones in the mixes. The melting points of these pheromones are very high, no way general day to day temperatures will affect them . The only issue would be the alcohol which would evaporate only if you left the cap off making the concentration higher in the mix.

My theory is mine is just uber concentrated, thus the reekful smell.
