I tried it a few times but to be honest it's hard to tell. I felt like a lot of the product was getting absorbed into my elbow pit before I had time to spread it around my neck/ears. I usually apply cover scent, let it dry down then put mones on top. Try it out for yourself and see how it feels.

If you put oil on top of alcohol, you will prevent the alcohol's diffusion. If you put the alcohol on top of the oil, you speed up the diffusion of the oil. At least that's what I read in previous posts by those who were members long before me. It also slows the diffusion of alcohol.
