Mones and neurotransmitter depletion/fatigue

We've all experienced it.. The day after wearing mones.. Mental exhaustion.. Sometimes burnout.. It happens usually when wearing products a number of days in a row, multiple times a day etc.

Some are more prone than others to this.. I for one am a huge candidate as I've taken medicines for depression and anxiety in the past.. Although people who are in perfect health also experience this syndrome.

What are your experiences with mones and brain fogginess fatigue? Have you noticed a pattern in how it comes and goes, and solutions to deal with it?

If so please share your views... your solutions could shed light on a foggy subject...
