Sometimes, when I think about a certain product, I realize I tend to imagine
the aura it projects as a coloured one.

So, when I think about AV, I think purple, when I think about wolf, I can imagine it as green, TL as pink, Glace I think white, IG light brown, almost orange, while A314 is dark brown, almost black; ammo FF22 is blue for me...

Don't know if this makes any sense...

Maybe this are just subconscious associations related to cologne bottles or any other visual references, IDK..

Does anyone else think about mones associating them with colours?

IDK, maybe it's something like that.

Just wanted to know if someone else was thinking about htem the same way, and also if the precieved colurs were the same I apply. I was more interested in a personal opinion thann in a scientific explanation, though the scientific view doen not hurt, does it?

Hi, sorry for necrothreading but finally I found someone else who experiences synestesia with fragrances and colours.

It is the fragrance of the cover rather than the mone content what gives me the feel. I think the associations with colours came from some identification of some scent with something familiar which has a known colour. For example grass as green or wood as reddish-brown.

Hax Holy Grail to me is definitely light blue.
The fruity smell in DP is purple, pink
Fury scent in Core is reddish
Nobility scent I have in Xist is lavender-lilac while the actual colour is clearly yellow in the bottle.
FXS scent in Taboo, Evolve is bright yellow, with some lime tone
The unscented mones give me some grey-scale sensations: Glace and Scent of Eros are light grey or white while the musk smell in AV or NA is a darker grey.
Wolf is ambivalent but gives me some amber feel, mixed with dark green
