All right guys.

I think I need to take a serious break from pheromones. Despite my best efforts, I am finding a reduced efficacy from ALL of the products I have been trying, for quite some time.

XS Oils, SOB XS, Bliss XS, Nude Alpha, Impi Red Dot, M512, X22, and L2K have been in my recent arsenal over the past few weeks and I am noticing very little from them. Quite honestly it is disheartening to say the least!

I am making this thread to see if others have taken a Pheromone break, what constitutes one and how I should go about this.

As of now I use Lava Soap, Normal Soap, Rubbing Alcohol, and then lotion my skin before applying mones.

I either mix products on my wrist with a cover or I apply then spray a cover.

For a break I was thinking about doing my cleaning routine, but dont know if I should add something to it.

Any help is appreciated.

I think I need one too... I've been using mones daily for the last month but I always find a situation to "test" something or just have itch to spray something... quite addicting, it shouldn't be this way.

I'm going to the club with AM tonight for sure though

I just took a long scrubbing of two cleanings of rubbing alcohol (Stuff burns!), three rounds of Lava Soap and a good rinse. I shall see if it makes a difference at work in an hour.

I will probably do the same eventually. The responses from wifey have diminished for sure. I love the self effects and feel much calmer and more alpha. When that stops happening its break time. Plus I just got a shload of stuff from hax to try.

Honestly whenever I take a break, I just take a complete break from mones for the week. It gives my body time to adjust and do what it needs to to keep my natural pheromones producing optimally. I've noticed hits alone from this method, its actually quite fascinating.

I habe both L2Ks and like them both. 1 is comfort with a sexual edge. 2 is more sexu and turns sexual quick.
