Molecule E - Pregnenolone Sulfate (5-Pregnen-3beta-[SO4]-20-one [K]+

General Summary for molecule E (5-Pregnen-3beta-ol-20-one potassium Sulfate)

--- will revisit & edit to format this thread properly and summarize results ---

General Discussion:

This compound was of interest to me due to it's similarity to pregnenolone, which seems to have some moderate pheromone potency. This is the potassium sulfate salt of Pregnenolone. The difference between the alkali metal (potassium or sodium) in the compound seems to make little difference.

It seems as if sulfated derivatives of known pheromones can have some interesting behavior. The addition of the sulfate molecule to the 3rd carbon in A-ring (3-sulfate instead of 3-hydroxy) produces unpredictable changes that cannot be theorized before actual experience. Sometimes, the sulfated pheromones produce better effects, as in the case of sulfating DHEA to obtain DHEAS.

I was hoping Pregnenolone would follow the same structure-activity logic as DHEA is to DHEAS. No such luck here it seems.

Interestingly, the solution of this compound in alcohol has turned a pinkish hue after sitting in the lab fridge for several months.

P.S. To learn more about structure activity relationships, please visit . This is the backbone science, the method I use when selecting new compounds to try. This discipline is responsible for the discovery of AndrostAnone, beta-androstAnol (molecule A), and DHEAS. I believe Jasmin from AD also understands the concept of SAR.

I test this molecule over the last time and I must say this stuff is really interesting, first I thought it is a aggressive molecule, but know I think this stuff is really deep and sensual. I get really fast strong connection, bonding and attraction effects on women. Women get a better mood, reacts much better on jokes and like Beta Androstenol they tell me very deep things.

Now and again I get a light Viagra effect. With 30-50mcg I get the best effects on women. The only downside are the emotional mood effects on me. I become much more nervous in strange situation and I'm much more sensitive to emotional situations...

I find Pregnenolone sulfate much deeper as DHEA-S (also a great molecule, but much more masculine). Chris, please underrate Pregnenolone sulfate it's no way weaker as DHEA-S in effectivness, it works only on a other way...

I am not sure what this does. I thought it was similar to regular pregnenolone in that I was in a good mood and acting silly. Other than that, I didn't notice anything!

Thank you so much!

I was just wondering how is it possible to determine a molecule's activity jsut looking at it's structure and you came with the link. You're great Chris! (btw, the order arrived quickly, tks.)

The a-Androsterone and b-Androsterone i ordered from you have the same light pinkish hue.

I even find that pretty...

Bump - any further exploration with this one? I don't have it.
