10-15% depending on cardio frequency

damn it used to be low
I failed a swim class as a child because I literally could not float. I could however sink very slowly, but that wasn't good enough.

It was around just above 7% for sometime. I'm now with my current routine which is somewhat haphazard and unorganized at around 20%.

How about yours Fly So Hi?
