Finally my 2nd Order is arrive, I order BW+MaxT150 and request sample of Nude and A4A. The Package come nearly perfect, i got BW and The Sample but i don't find MaxT150 Stick.

I send an email to claim it, there's anybody have a some problem like me before and how long the process from LAL ?

I don't know, maybe because I'm older. I usually try to rectify the situation with the company before complaining on the internet. I mean give them atty least a week imho.

Agree with Blacky Chan. It's not unprecedented. Happened to majority of us, and it will happen again for sure. Ordered from 5 vendors, 3 had problems with shipping/items ordered. Just mail them directly, and it will definitely be solved.

i've had several orders with LAL over the past few years and this has only happened to me once. Don't trip.

Same here, Gary is on top of it.. any issues?.. he asks no question, just fixes it quickly! had a leaked bottle of wolf.. emailed him right there and then from my phone with the image.. and we conversed through email after that for about an hr on.. just random things.. withing that time he said your new bottle is out the door...But I expect a few mistakes happing in this weeks order.. due to VooDoo coming out.. its prolly busy lol
