Just received my New Pheromone Additive 7ml bottle. How do I play this?

Hello there I am 18 years old and I have a 16 years old girlfriend. We have a history of almost 2,5 years. We have broken up 3 times and this is the 4th time we are together. On our previous times we were having foreplay and stuff very easily but this time it is a bit slow, since the only thing we are doing is a little bit of rubbing.

I bought New Pheromone Additive so that I can spice things up a bit and make her wanna do something more than that. How many dabs of New Pheromone Additive shall I use and also do I need a cover scent?

Do you think it will work my way?
