Having sex and getting rid of the pill and the condoms are a good start. In my experience there is one trick that newarly always helps: Stop trying so damn hard!

Most of the children I know from all of my friends were "made" outside of all plans. The wife of a friend went off the pill right after the wedding, because she heard it could take her a long time to get pregnant after taking the pill for so many years. She came back pregnant from the honeymoon. Another friend of mine got drunk and had unprotected sex with a guy she knew from her childhood. This one time was enough, she is pregnant now. Those were only two examples of people not trying and just enjoying sex.

Stress and "This has to work now!" thoughts are only going to slow you down and spoil your fun during sex. If you think there is something wrong, get tested (both of you). But in any case, relax! Our bodies function best if there is little to no pressure.

DHEA supplements are a great way for women to get pregnant. ONLY take them until you find out you are pregnant, then stop taking them once you are pregnant. Also, start taking your vitamins and extra B vitamins before you get pregnant, B vitamins store up in your tissues, and take a super long time to build up a supply.
