I'm trying to get an understanding of how much none is considered too much.

What's the usual amount in alpha products like AM, AV, Nude, etc. per spray?

Evolve from Steve's products is considered to be potent with 20 mcg Androstenone per spray.

Are the others I mentioned above about ~10mcg per spray?

And what's considered too much or OD?

sometimes vendor might list some of the molecules in the products
but very rarely they will reveal the mcg because that is their secret

AM was something like 8mcg/spray iirc. AV not very much. Nude also not much. Nude Alpha probably a bit more than 2mg/10ml(~4mcg/drop) Though it always depends on the carrier and buffers.

Thanks. Can you explain to me what carrier and buffer mean for mones? I hear that terminology used a lot, but I'm not 100% sure if I know. I tried searching, but get too many search results with those words used.

Does carrier mean the coverscent that is used to extend the range? And does buffer mean the equal amounts of mones steadily released overtime?

Carrier means the medium the 'mones are stored in and diffused from. This can be alcohol, or some kind of oil, like coconut oil, dipropylene glycol etc. The thing i didn't know is that even most alcohol mixes got some so called 'fixatives' which decrease diffusion rate and increase lifespan of the ethanol mix. This is like with perfume. If you buy perfumer's alcohol, then that's different from regular 99% pure alcohol, because the perfumer's alcohol got some fixatives.

Buffers are other pheromone molecules that change the dynamics of a mix. Most commonly you will buffer Androstenone with 'softer' molecules so you can wear more 'none without being perceived as too aggressive. From what i heard good buffers may be especially DHEA and some Ests.
