Can we get those male/female signs added to the user info. Some screen names make it hard to tell men from women and I hate asking.

Mark would have to program those in, but you can always click on the user name to get to a profile if you're not sure.

I was also thinking about this recently. I have no clue how easy or hard it would be to add (Mark's dept), but if it's easy enough it would be a nice touch.
