Welcome to the forum Jones! I agree that you should test each product individually before mixing them. It's impossible to understand what you are doing and to adjust if something goes "wrong" if you don't understand how they work by themselves. As far as changing your phero signature with someone who has known you a long time...I'm in the same boat and I honestly don't worry about it too much. My boyfriend of 10 years either responds well to something or he doesn't and I go back to the drawing board. That's half the fun. It's all about subtle nuances. Except for the overt sexuals...nothing subtle there. Good luck, look forward to reading more from you.

Just to add one more note to the androstenone and spouses thing...your wife's tolerance to it is as important as your own congruency. If you have a naturally high -none sig then it's likely that this played some role in her original attraction to you. Meaning that adding a bit to enhance what middle age may have lost is a great idea.

On the other hand there are ladies like my wife who really prefer the more mellow manly man of a -Androsterone heavy signature.

A couple of clues to this but by no means definitive:

are you prematurely balding? There's a good chance you've always had a tendency to produce a lot of -none and this is what drew her to you. Adding a little can respark those feelings she had.

Were you the somewhat older guy that your wife just couldn't resist? Maybe she likes the mellower security -Androsterone imparts.

Just go slow no matter. one thing most ladies do not like is thinking that something is suddenly dramatically different.
