Been exploring the website left and right.
Really fascinating stuff.

Just out of curiosity, I also take Bikram Hot Yoga on a weekly basis.
Is it a good idea to use the mones before getting into the "hot area"?


There's no steam/water evaporating so it wouldn't wash off the mones like a shower would.

But there is definitely some sweating; kind of like the equivalent of a really really hot day in the summer. Does the sweat end up "removing" the mones making them inefficient or could it work out? \

I am into yoga as well and I can't think of a better way to dispurse the mones than working up a sweat. Just don't over apply bc your gonna produce quite the cloud. Use some calm social enhancers I wouldn't use an overtly sexy mone but hey for the sake of science maybe you should try it (devilish grin) heat is the number one way to spread the love.

My new favorite for yoga is gonna be odyssey from xs. It's a special edition the link is somewhere on the forum. It's basically clary sage and alpha androstenol. Real hippy shit. I am doing some testing on my journal but I in no way affiliated with the seller. I am a new user and I just like it a lot. Also you could try glacé from alpha dreams. That's a real friendly social. I have even wore ascend oil.

I do yoga about once a week with mones. I use certo since it's mostly girls and it makes them feel good around you and the androstadienone in it has a memory effect. If you're planning to make it a habit I would throw in some androstadienone to whatever mones you want to wear.

I've heard that sweat breaks down certain mones faster than others. For example androstadienone isn't very stable and will break down into androstenone fairly fast. Just don't wear too much like nicola says. Since it's hot more of the mones will diffuse in less time.

Welcome to the forum, definitely use the pheromones before you go in, but you might have to dose a little less than "normal" dosage!

I wore mones to a yoga class once, and it was definitely fun. But for sure don't wear too much. And get the hang of the feel of the product before you wear it to the class. Something sexy and friendly but calm would be ideal

I use mones for yoga all the time , usually spray on some glace before going to the gym to get me in the mood .
It helps me make friends in yoga class , and also depending on what mones I am wearing and who is teaching , I get a lot more attention and hands on correction during class. It seems to make me everyone's favorite yoga student . If you use oil based they should not wash off during Bikram , silicone based will wash off since it sits on the skin instead of being absorbed. Just make sure you don't annoy your fellow students with too heavy scents
