Hi all!
I'm have been a member of PheroTruth.com for a few weeks now,
and decided to introduce myself and maybe later writing my own Journal..
First of all, Sorry for my bad English grammas (dyslexia)!

::ABOUT ME::
I'm 37 years old Asian Male (50% Thai and 50% Laos).
I'm live in Norway my whole life.
Height 175cm
Weight 78kg (fit, no fat)
I'm devorced for about 7 months now, so I'm singel..
I'm awesome looking
After I'm been use 'PEBible' (Penis Enlargement Bible) for about 4.5months,
and with will of steals and alot of patience and hard works, I finally reach around 19cm++ (7.5 inches) of hard wood,
it does indeed works and I have rights to brag about it now!)

social anxiety
depression
dyslexia (bear with me I'm try my best to write this)
Because I'm allways nice to people and have anxiety+depression,"All of my kindness have been taking for weeknesses"
But now I have "kinda" cured myself for about 4 months (this is because I have been using vitamins,hurbs and changing my lifestyle)
yes, now I'm have becomes the 'Angel with brokend wings!'... or maybe just a normal human, if you can define 'normal'..

I go to gym 3-4 times pr weeks.
I do meditations about 30mins when I have time, but usually everyday
I drink 2-3 liters water daily and I use "Vitamins" and "Chinese Herbs" daily!
Please Goggle them for more infos, because these hurbs have much more health improving to it!
you will become superman if you use them!

!! IF you have tips of some good hurbs, please tell me about it, I want them all !!

Flax seed oil........................: for increases the production of sperm
Rhodiola.............................: for spiritual and physical focus..

I use a few more before, the list I'm mentioned above here is what I'm still using today..

Yup! from 6.1 inches B======D 7.5 inches !!
Pain,sweat,patient and hard work... you have to really set your mind into it for the results!!!


I guess ours Mother Earth have every ingredients,cures,potions..etc, even pheromone is from this planet (I'm don't want to mentions all the bad thing that she also have)

Welcome.

I can relate to some of your issues. To clear your anxiety and depression. If I may, first is to love yourself and realize your a good person (your kindness).
Your confidence will boost following.
You sound like you have all the tools you need to do what you want, just missing a bit of clarity on how to put everything in order and be confident.

I believe there are some good hypnotherapist's near you which can help you immensely in that aspect if you need.

OK, now I'm trying out: for 2 weeks now, I'm feeling very focus,clear,happy and good
this Choline Alfoscerate in Alpha-GPC gives very interesting results..

sorry for late answers, I have been busy lately

I'm mostly attracting European Caucasian woman since the end of a relationship with my ex-wife..
but on summer times I'll try to test out tourist that come to visit Norway..
I received 2 bottle with Alpha Maschio (the old versions) yesterday, so I'm going to test them out and try
to figure out Sweet-spot and how to get full effects from this products

exciting times for me
hopefully it's going to be a good summer!
