How many sprays can depend on the strength of the product. 2-3 cover a lot of ground. Best places are pulse points, chest, abdomen - depending on the scent, sometimes even in hair. I "talk" alot with my hands and have found the backs of my hands are very effective and getting my mones out there. The consensus seems to be to give approx 10-15 mins of dry down time for the mone product before applying the cover. That's worked well for me and I've successfully covered some strongly "scented" mones like Essence of Woman .
