Hi guys,

I have complained that I received a roller bottle instead of a dropper bottle of Bad Wolf from LAL. So I asked Garry to send me an empty dropper bottle.

Guess what ?

Today, I received a Bad Wolf dropper bottle full. I am amazed. I really love the service.

Also, a sample of possess.

Just a thumbs up to LAL customer service.

Yes, Hi is awesome indeed!
Also he released 10ml bottle of Dirty Primitive.
If he add AV in 10ml also, I would purchase both of them at the same time together.

Just put in an order for T-150, SXD-9, and DP today. Guess what? USPS tracking information same day!!! Same day shipping!!! Gotta love it. Can't wait to try it!!!

Just ordered wolf from amazon since his site is down. He gave me a free sample of sxd-9 which is cool cuz it's in a mini pump bottle. And my package came 2 days beforehand it was expected! Overall great service.

Just received my order of Bad Wolf, along with a sample of Possess Alpha and a 10 ml bottle of DP. The 10 ml DP was from when I had ordered it a while back and received it in a bulb dropper. He offered to send me the Euro dropper version but I said that it was ok. He'd been very generous in the past already and I could work the bulb dropper. But with this order he still sent it. That's top quality service!

I didn't ask for samples, but PA is perfect. I have used Possess in the past and really loved it. I think it's underrated and perhaps the effect of people thinking that "older is less good" comes into play there. But it really is a very good product. And I was curious about the Alpha version, so that sample is perfect.

Everything went smooth all the way through. I used Western Union to pay and in no time I had my tracking info and shortly thereafter I received the package.

One thing I know to be a fact: Garry does everything in his power to provide the best customer service possible. I can order from him with absolute trust each and every time.

What effects does Possess give to you that you like it so much? I have a sample but never tried it.

Garry doesn't answers me to place an order from Lal.
Given that paypal refuse to pay him, I sent him several mails, to find some solution to that issue like to do a bank transfert but it seems he doesn't care at all...
As I sent him 4 messages, I'm not going send a fifth, After a while, it's enough!..

That's really weird. I placed 2-3 orders with him through email in past 4 months and never had a problem. If anything I thought his responses were outstanding (I think he replies to all his emails once / twice a day) , now 'cough' 'cough' pheromone treasures on the other hand...

Perhaps your email is going to his spam folder or something out of the ordinary happened. I believe me and others members would vouch that Gary is one of the most reliable vendors. Imho.
