According my wikipedia research whatever I felt listening to subliminals was all placebo which makes me a bit sad

Let me ask you if you listen to subliminals to feel better, or to be better and it works, does it matter if it was placebo or not?

It is my belief they do work, but if they don't and get results only because I believe in them and not the subliminals per se, it is good enough for me.
