Garry Nelson or Walter White?

I've heard people referring to Garry Nelson, owner of Liquid Alchemy Labs and Walter White, the guy who makes his mixtures.

Who are who? Are they different guys or they are exactly the same person?

Same guy.

Walter white is the name of a character on tv who makes extremely potent and good quality products
