Used the alpha subs religiously every night for 3+ years. But because of getting invested into Who Wants to Be Americas Next Top President and the Joe Rogan Podcast I fall asleep to reading news or listening to Joe the past 18 mos. I still put it on now and again. I need to make a late new years resolution to put it on at least once a week.

I have definitely put it on after sex, when its time to snuggle, get a back rub, or sleep. Nice relaxing ocean sounds...

Finally, someone who replicated AS3 success to some level. Do you give more credit to pheromones or sub for your success with girls ?

Also, can you tell us your life before getting into mones and sub? Was it significantly different ? How many girls you dated before getting into sub and mones?

You must write a review to sub thread. The name of the thread is " modern man survival guide". We never seen somebody on the forum running the sub for so long.

I was decent with women before the mones and subs. Like I admitted in earlier posts. I had banged some certified 9's in my day but also some 2's & 3's. Bell Curve. Lots of mediocrity. I wanted to lean that to the right. One of my earlier posts I talked about the difference between a really good baseball player and a hall of famer is 2 more hits a month. So maybe with the subs and mones we add 20% more desirability overall? We get to have sex with women when otherwise they would have been able to resist, talk themselves out of it, or push for a 2nd..3rd..4th date? Now when they are in our cloud they need it and want it right then and there.

I have to admit, since this site, the mones and the subs it's been going well. 2016 I had sex w 9 new girls (already 3 in 2017!) and had a few F buddies held over from previous years. Most 7+ Had a fantasy 3some with 2 chicks straight out of a porno. My biggest obstacle to dating and getting laid is simply time now, not lack of ability. Obviously since 2013 when tinder & uber came out it's been a game changer. Doing MMA & muay thai also adds to your alpha vibe. Years ago I probably would have tried to diffuse that angry guy with humor or just left. In the moment I truly felt bad for the kid. In my head I was like oh dear dude, you have no idea what you're doing...
