Imho yes. But more towards orange rather than lemon citrus.

+1 to Dr's reply. I was going to say it's more orange than aquatic but Dr beat me to it. I have sample smelled a couple of the scents and frost is my favorite (even against the popular Fury)

I recently received a sample of core in frost scent and it is a very nice aquatic scent. Great spring / summer scent and versatile enough to wear in colder months during the day solo or mixed for day or night with cologne. I ordered a bottle of core in frost. Gotta give Thundr props for this scent, it's really nice.

Ok got my frost core in the mail this week. Thanks Thundr! When I put it on I thought it smelled a bit like Creed Aventus with the hit of pineapple. Best scent I've ever smelled in a mone. Great longevity.
