My friend is starting a new job that will be a challenge for him and to succeed in it he will need from employees obedience, no shit testing and potentially for them to fear him.

I used Dominant Ascend which I recommended to him as well as A314 rev.32, but is there anything else there that would project such aura? Any combos?

TITAN works very well for that vibe as well (Apex pheromones). So does Swimming With Sharks from LPMP or a completely underrated phero called Treasureful Shine. All work quite well.
