I made my order August 26th but they only shipped it September 16th.

I'm kind of speechless as this is a really bad turn around, not a very good start for a new customer. I'd rather they take their time to make and measure a good product and not rush out one harriedly and although I am a fan of True Love, this is pretty ridiculous and pushing it. 3 weeks and a day from order to shipping

Maybe they got too much business? They shipped out my stuff the day i ordered and i got it really fast, compared to other vendors.
