For those that experience anxiety

For the guys that have been feeling anxiety with or without mones try this.

I've been taking 120mg of ginkgo biloba and 300mg of st. John's wort. I've also been using 1 spray of wolf to the stomach and 3/8 of a pump from Nude Alpha gel to the wrist and spreading behind my ears. Since NA gel is pretty sticky I always skip a day. I never use it on back to back days. Wolf is my daily though.

The above has been my routine everyday for the past 6 months and I feel amazing! My anxiety is pretty much gone. What amazes me the most is that when I think back to the times where I would feel anxiety its almost as if my mind can no longer fathom what anxiety feels like. I've overcome it in many ways.

Of course this may or may not work for you, but this has worked so well for me that I had to share it.

P.S glad to see so many vets still kicking it around here. Sadly I do not post all that much like before.

Congrats on overcoming your anxiety!
I haven't tried Wolf yet, but reading about it convince me that it does make you more confident.
Wolf probably help lower your anxiety and assist you in becoming more social with everyone else.

Have you try out a day without pheromones and see whether or not you still feel anxiety?

I have Duck and it has lasting effect. I think the st John's wort has been the biggest contributor to this change.

Anxiety has never really buckled me or kept me away from meeting women or anything but I would constantly have to fight back my anxiety. Now no longer fighting anything and enjoying life a lot more.

Be careful with St Johns. I do have some laying around for days when I need a pick me up but its not a good long term solution. For something more long term I recommend Ashwagandha. A multi-B vitamin also goes a long way.

Something else that I stand behind is binaural beats. Listening to Idoser's Confidence track beats any supplement as far as getting rid of anxiety is concerned. I have a bunch of Idoser's doses and have ripped them into wav files. Anyone is welcome to PM me if they would like any of the files.

Hi spider.. I take it only when I need it at 150 mg..just when I feel agitated or when I get palpitations...sometimes if I can't sleep due to anxiety or racing mind as well...it increases dopamine and really work. It also gives vivid dreams. I make sure I never run out of it. Not to mention it makes me last a bit longer in bed if I take it one hour before sex.
