I got ConnectionsXS mainly for talking to my lady friend, but I thought I would wear it in public just to see if I got any IOIs, eye contact, rubbernecking, etc.

I wasn't sure what effect it would have on people in a non 1on1 situation, but I wanted to see if anything weird would happen.

2 things happened that really seemed out of the ordinary. I was at the gym and when I was leaving, one of the spandex bunnies that work there says "bye" as I'm leaving. I turn around and say "Yeah, Bye" and she gives me this weird look I can only explain as a caring, understanding look and says, "You know, you're a wonderful person." I'm like WTF? I have never even really talked to her before except one time she scolded me for wearing "improper footwear". It was like old friends saying a last goodbye. It was so weird it really stood out in my mind.

Then I was chaining up my bike to go in a store and this guy comes out of nowhere and starts talking to me like I'm his buddy and he really cares about me. He wanted to talk about my bicycle at first, and starts giving me advice about the proper way to take care of a bicycle, but then he starts giving me advice about life and life lessons and all this bullshit. I'm like "Oh fuck, how do I get away from this guy?" I wondered if he was gay, but I think he just wanted a new BFF.

I'd much rather have a 9/10 personal trainer care deeply about me than some weird guy. Connections is weird stuff. I will try 1on1 next.

BTW I only used 2 sprays
