I just received my shipment of Erox body spray today and I am very disappointed because the merchandise is leaked and damaged. As I open the box, the surface of the bottle is sticky (inside the cap is sticky as well). Also, as you can see in the picture the letters and design in the back of the bottle is all smeared. The tip of the spray where you press to release the spray is also bent as you can see in the picture. Finally, the bottle feels like more than 1/3rd of the liquid is missing inside.

I haven't tested the product so I have no opinion on the effect but I am very disappointed with the merchandise I received.

Okay, so I sent a message regarding this problem to Erox. They took care of it professionally by giving me prompt replies and even sending me an extra bottle of Erox. Thanks and look forward for my Erox review soon.
