im into homemade EO fragrances these days and wondering about the ratio.i prefer 15-16 percent.so what i did was 5ml of essential oils into a 30ml sprayer bottle,and filled it up with vodka.5 divided by 30,and times 100=16%..is this correct? not really good with maths

Yes, the maths are correct. 83.3% vodka, 16,7% EO
