I'll echo Amor en España on this. I have met ladies and given them my business card which ultimately resulted in a tryst, but I've never used it as a means of seduction.

As recently as the 1970's (and somewhat in the early 1980's) personal calling cards (the individual's equivalent of a business card) were still in practical use, albeit uncommon, so one could get away with that as a means of contact information. However in today's digitally connected age, that practice seems to be overly pretentious and maybe a bit self-absorbed in my opinion.

Imo, the idea that handing out your business card will change how a women behaves is a symptom of the "skill-set" approach to attracting women marketed to desperate men.

It lies in the graveyard of social-intelligence next to the "opener", "rapport", "ioi", and "NLP".

I know we won’t agree, but rapport and NLP have been great for me in so many scenarios that I can’t imagine being without them.

Just out of curiosity I tried the business card approach after connecting well with smile and delight with two HB9's in the last 48 hrs and both took the card and put it somewhere away on the counter to where they were and gave me a look of irritation/anger... I didn't think you could piss off women by handing out your card , especially if its not a taboo field you're working in, but I did..... I think they thought I was full off myself by handing out the card.

From now on no business cards unless I'm asked for one; and the purpose remains business.

Looks like I tested my method out for myself... Funny thing is I spent a lot of money on these cards... I got them professionally done at a high end printhouse that does celebrities. Damn shame this approach doesn't work.

Oh well I'll always need business connections so the 500 I ordered aren't wasted.

Try getting some printed as "gyneacologist", its the only biz card likely to get her legs to open...

Agreed.
Personal interaction, regardless of what it's centered around, always does much more to foster a connection than an impersonal gesture that can be construed as presumptuous.
