Hi All,

Was hoping some of you had some recommendations for products which contain all of the above in recommended dosages? Unfortunately, most multivitamins I've seen have low levels of these commonly under consumed substances.

Not sure, but they are all pretty inexpensive alone, and that way you can control the form and quality of each component. I understand the appeal of a single product though, have you browsed vitacost?

Will have a look through vitacost, but thinking you're right about buying them individually... pain in the arse having a load of supplements and taking them daily. Just being lazy I guess.

I use NOW brand for K2 (MK-7) and D3, and purchase off Amazon. I use Vitacost liquid fish oil, orange flavored. Magnesium citrate, haven't purchased in awhile, but I'd just buy through Vitacost or something high-rated on Amazon.

Yeah, vitacost has a good mix of MK7 and MK4 with a little K1 thrown in for shits and giggles.

FYI, will probably be going for the below:


5000iu D3 + 100mch MK-7 per tablet
£18.99 for 240 tablets


644mg EPA / 366 mcg DHA per tablet
£19.99 for 180 soft gels

Not found a solid magnesium citrate 400mg source at a good price yet. Most bottles that have that dosage require multiple tablets daily which makes the price not as attractive.

Vitacost is awesome! I have spent thousands there.

I never take a multivitamin and my D is oil drop form. 1000 IU X 7 weekday mornings. 2 x krill 1 X full spectrum vit E.
Get a quality B complex. Take my magnesium it the l-threonate form. Most absorbable, has nootropic qualities and passes the blood brain barrier as well.

Vit C on and off since I eat a ton of tomatoes anyways.

Calcium I get a ton of also through kefir and cottage cheese....... 60 grams protein in 400 calories....just suffer it!

MyProtein carries a solid quality and well priced magnesium-citrate powder.
Bulkpowders offer magnesium-glycinate which is kinder on the GI-tract and adds the benefit of additional glycinate.
Both are located in the UK.
